One of the best things to do when you are in Cusco is going on a hiking to the Rainbow Mountain that is an impressive group of natural colors on the mountain and a geological wonder. Meanwhile, Vinicunca has an elevation of 5 200 meters above the sea (17,060 feet) and is one of the highest points in Cusco. There are places in the world that will enthrall you because of the beauty, uniqueness and history like this. As you are making your way to the mountain, you will enjoy its beauty and see local people. The hike takes about two hours depending on your physical level and reaching the top can be a challenge because of the weather conditions due to the altitude, during the tour you can rent horses and better enjoy the hike. Although once you arrive, it provides a tremendous opportunity to take in a gorgeous view and pictures of it. We recommend that newcomers take time to acclimatize before doing this tour. 9:30 am: Hike through the red valley (optional)
