Bookings
How far in advance should I book my trip to Peru?
For Machu Picchu and the Inca Trail we recommend booking 3–4 months in advance, especially for the high season (June–August). Huayna Picchu tickets and Inca Trail permits sell out quickly.
Are prices per person?
Yes. All prices on our website are per person, in US dollars (USD).
How do I make changes to my reservation?
Contact us by email or WhatsApp with your booking number as soon as possible and we will arrange the changes, subject to availability.
Machu Picchu
Where, how and when can I choose my preferred time in Machu Picchu?
Once you have booked, you will receive an email asking for your travel date, passport details and flights. Please reply as soon as possible so we can secure your tickets and preferred entry time.
How much luggage can I take on the train?
Train companies allow up to 5 kg per person, so we recommend a small backpack with only what you need. You can leave your suitcase at your hotel in Cusco.
During your trip
Can I travel alone?
Yes. Even traveling solo you can enjoy this experience — just contact us and we will help you plan your trip.
What happens if my flight is delayed and I have an airport pick-up?
Message us on WhatsApp. We will check whether we can postpone the pick-up; our drivers work fixed schedules but we will always do our best to help.
What happens if I am late for the tour?
Unfortunately a refund is not possible, as the costs for that day must be covered. Please be ready 10 minutes before your pick-up time.
