Machu Picchu

Machu Picchu, the Wonder of the World, at your pace

Built in the 15th century on a mountain ridge above the Urubamba river, Machu Picchu is the most famous Inca site and one of the New Seven Wonders of the World. Getting there takes planning: limited daily tickets, official circuits with fixed entry times, trains and buses.

We take care of everything: we buy your tickets in advance, choose the best circuit for you, coordinate the train from Ollantaytambo and the bus up to the citadel, and a certified guide shows you the Temple of the Sun, the Intihuatana and the hidden corners of the city.

FAQ

Questions about Machu Picchu

Can’t find what you are looking for? Write to us and a specialist will answer you personally.

Which circuit should I choose?

Circuit 2 (classic) is the most complete for a first visit. Circuit 1 has the postcard viewpoint and Circuit 3 gives access to Huayna Picchu. We advise you according to your interests and availability.

Can I do Machu Picchu in one day from Cusco?

Yes, with our Machu Picchu Full Day: early train from Ollantaytambo, guided visit and return the same evening. It is a long but unforgettable day.

When is the best time to go?

May to September has the most sun. In the rainy season (December to March) there are fewer visitors and greener landscapes; the citadel opens all year.
